Cancellation of the tour 30 days or more before commencement of the tour: 15% of the package price will be deducted and the rest refunded.

29 to 20 days before: 25% of the package price will be deducted and the rest refunded.

19-10 days before: 50% of the package price will be deducted and the rest refunded.

Consultation Charges
Every trip we create is customized to match your unique tastes, preferences, and budget. Therefore, we charge a nominal design fee, which will be adjusted in the package price once your booking is confirmed.

The design fee is calculated based on factors like location, group size, trip duration, and specific requirements.

For trips within India, the fee ranges from ₹500-₹1000 per day, and for international tours, it ranges from ₹1000-₹2000 per day.

Flat-rate pricing is available for large private groups, celebration travel, and trips with special requirements.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW DO WE USE IT?

MAKING A PURCHASE
In order to purchase any of your services, either through the website, via email or offline, you must provide us with certain personal information such as your name, passport details, PAN number, telephone number, billing address, email address, and the name or names of the person(s) travelling with you. We may also ask you for other personal information, such as your frequent flier numbers or to make a TCS declaration. We require this information to process, fulfill and confirm your reservations and keep you informed of your booking status. If you are making a reservation for one or more travellers other than yourself, you confirm and represent that each of these other travellers have agreed, in advance, that you may disclose their personal information to us.
AUTOMATIC LOGGING OF SESSION DATA
We automatically log generic information about your computer’s connection to the Internet, which we call “session data”, that is anonymous and not linked to any personal information. Session data consists of things such as IP address, operating system and type of browser software being used and the activities conducted by the user while on our website. We collect session data because it helps us analyze our users responses to the website such as what items visitors are likely to click on most, the way visitors are clicking through the site, how many visitors are surfing to various pages on the site, how long visitors to the site are staying and how often they are visiting. When you reserve or purchase travel services through Travel Trunk Global LLP, we must provide certain personal information to the airline, hotel, car rental agency, travel agency, transport provider, activity provider, or any other third party involved in the booking or execution process, to enable the successful fulfilment of your travel arrangements. However, we do not sell or rent individual customer data or other personal information to third parties. We use non-personally identifiable information in aggregate form to build higher quality, more useful online services by performing statistical analysis of the collective characteristics and behavior of our customers and visitors, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas. We may provide anonymous statistical information based on this data to suppliers, advertisers, affiliates and other current and potential business partners. We may also use such aggregate data to inform these third parties as to the number of people who have seen and clicked on links on our website or used our services.
Terms and Conditions
APPLICABILITY
These terms and conditions apply to any customer of Travel Trunk Global LLP, whether the customer is planning to book or has booked our services. It also applies to customers who are currently travelling with us or have returned from a holiday. It also assumed that every customer of Travel Trunk Tour’s (whether booked by themselves or through another party) has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the cancellation policy and the privacy policy.
RESPONSIBILITY OF COGNIZANCE
Customers planning to avail or have availed services from Travel Trunk Global LLP shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted these terms and conditions, and they shall be binding on the customer. In addition to these terms and conditions, other terms may also apply such as those from airlines, hotels, railways etc. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand those terms and if not available with them, request Travel Trunk Global LLP for such terms.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Any information which is specifically mentioned by Travel Trunk Global LLP as Confidential shall be maintained confidentially by the customer and shall not be disclosed unless as required by law. In addition, Travel Trunk Global LLP collects and maintains certain information as detailed in the Privacy Policy. Further, Travel Trunk Global LLP must keep confidential details of its transactions with its partners.
WEBSITE AND WHATSAPP USAGE
Your use of any information or materials on the website or WhatsApp is entirely at your own risk, for which Travel Trunk Global LLP shall not undertake any liability. It shall be your own accountability to ensure that any products, services or information available through our website or WhatsApp, meet your explicit specifications.
You are restrained from altering, duplicating, distributing, transmitting, reproducing, publishing, licensing or selling any information, software, products or services acquired from this website or via WhatsApp. Duplication of content from the website and WhatsApp is forbidden. Additionally, Travel Trunk Global LLP reserves private rights to modify, revise, and delete any of the contents without giving prior notice to any person.
USAGE OF CUSTOMER’S MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL
Travel Trunk Global LLP may send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the tour, via SMS, WhatsApp, by voice call or email on the contact number/email given by the customer at the time of booking. Travel Trunk Global LLP may also reach out to the customer to follow up on a pending booking, enquiry, or for payments. It is the responsibility of the customer to check various channels of communication to be informed of the booking. In addition, Travel Trunk Global LLP may seek feedback from a customer. Travel Trunk Global LLP may use the feedback received for marketing purposes. In addition, the customer may be added to a WhatsApp group or broadcast group with other customers and representatives of Travel Trunk Global LLP.
CONFIRMATION OF A TRIP
A trip is considered confirmed if Travel Trunk Global LLP receives any such information from the customer via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp or in person intimating the confirmation, or if the customer pays the initial deposit amount, whichever is earlier. For customized trips, intimation from or payment from any one person travelling is considered as confirmation of the trip on behalf of all travellers.
However, for fixed departure group tours that Travel Trunk Global LLP organizes, each traveler is treated separately for their confirmation. Payment from one traveler does not imply confirmation for the rest of the travelers. These trips require a minimum number of confirmations to be executed. Should the minimum number not be met, the price of the trip may vary or the trip may be cancelled.
ONUS OF THE CUSTOMER
The accuracy of the data and bookings have to be cross verified by the user. Any discrepancy in data and accuracy of bookings must be informed to Travel Trunk Global LLP within 12 hours of the booking, post which Travel Trunk Global LLP takes no responsibility for any inaccuracy. The customer further warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of the services with respect to the jurisdiction concerned for each transaction.
INSURANCE
Obtaining sufficient insurance coverage is the obligation of the customer. The customer shall contact the insurance company directly for any claims or disputes and Travel Trunk Global LLP shall not provide any express or implied undertakings for acceptance of the claims by the insurance company.
FORCE MAJURE CIRCUMSTANCES
The customer agrees that there can be exceptional circumstances where the service operators like the airlines, hotels, transportation providers or concerns may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. If Travel Trunk Global LLP is informed in advance of such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to its customers or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operator. The user agrees that Travel Trunk Global LLP being an agent for facilitating the booking services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customers may have to contact that service provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds.
Travel Trunk Global LLP shall not be liable for delays or inabilities in performance or nonperformance in whole or in part of its obligations due to any causes that are not due to its acts or omissions and are beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, fire, strikes, embargo, acts of government, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters end. In such event, the customer affected will be promptly given notice as the situation permits.
Without prejudice to whatever is stated above, the maximum liability on part of Travel Trunk Global LLP arising under any circumstances, in respect of any services offered by us, shall be limited to the refund of total amount received from the customer for availing the services less any cancellation, refund or others charges, as may be applicable. In no case the liability shall include any loss, damage or additional expense whatsoever beyond the amount charged by Travel Trunk Global LLP for its services.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All material and information provided by Travel Trunk Global LLP may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights and laws. The customer shall not copy, transmit or create derivative works of such material without express authorization.
VISA OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
It is the responsibility of the customer to check visa requirements prior to approaching Travel Trunk Global LLP to plan their trip. It is also the responsibility of the customer to obtain their own visa. Travel Trunk Global LLP is not responsible for any issues arising out of a visa including visa rejections or delays. Further, Travel Trunk Global LLP is not liable to provide a refund in cases of inability to travel, change of plans or any modifications arising out of visa issues.
TCS
For all international trips, it is the duty of the customer to inform Travel Trunk Global LLP of their prior foreign exchange expenditure in a given financial year. Trunk Trunk Global LLP requires that all its customers provide a duly signed TCS declaration via email. Travel Trunk Global LLP does not take any responsibility in the event that a customer does not provide a declaration or providers false declaration on TCS. In the same vein, it is the duty of the customer to provide a valid PAN card for any international trips. Failure to do so may result in trip cancellation, without any refund. In the event that a PAN card is inoperable Travel Trunk Global LLP reserves the right to collect a higher TCS from the customer as determined by the Government of India from time to time.
USAGE OF CUSTOMER'S HOLIDAY PICTURES
Any picture or video shared by the customers during or after the trip on WhatsApp, via email or on our social media platforms, may be used by us on our social media platforms or website to engage with our audience. However, if you are not comfortable with the same, simply opt out by sending us an email to trunkfulloftravels@gmail.com.
INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Travel Trunk Global LLP or its affiliates / partners against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) that arise out of any breach of any country specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
Travel Trunk Global LLP at its sole discretion reserves the right to not to accept any customer without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by Travel Trunk Global LLP is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by Travel Trunk Global LLP.
RIGHT TO CANCELLATION IN CASE OF INVALID USER INFORMATION
The customer expressly undertakes to provide to Travel Trunk Global LLP only correct and valid information while requesting for any services, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the customer would vitiate this agreement and shall disentitle the customer from availing the services from Travel Trunk Global LLP.
In case Travel Trunk Global LLP discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the customer that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the customer or any of them is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by him, Travel Trunk Global LLP in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the customer(s), including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the customer. In such an event, Travel Trunk Global LLP shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the customer or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.
The customer unequivocally indemnifies Travel Trunk Global LLP of any such claim or liability and shall not hold Travel Trunk Global LLP responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by Travel Trunk Global LLP for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include Travel Trunk Global LLP denying/cancelling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.
HEADINGS
The headings and subheadings herein are included for convenience and identification only and are not intended to describe, interpret, define or limit the scope, extent or intent of this terms and conditions. In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with other terms and guidelines contained within any particular Travel Trunk Global LLP website, brochure, email, itinerary, package or other material, then these terms shall control.
UPDATION OF THE INFORMATION BY TRAVEL TRUNK GLOBAL LLP
Customers acknowledge that Travel Trunk Global LLP provides services with reasonable diligence and care. It endeavors its best to ensure that the customer does not face any inconvenience. However, at times, the information, software, products, and services included in or available through Travel Trunk Global LLP's website or other sales channels and ad materials may include inaccuracies or typographical errors which will be immediately corrected as soon as Travel Trunk Global LLP notices them. Changes are/may be periodically made/added to the information provided. Travel Trunk Global LLP may make improvements and/or changes to the website, brochure, itineraries, broadcasts, official communication etc. at any time without any notice to the customer. Any advice received on visa, tickets, safety of travel to a particular destination, fitness levels required etc. should not be relied upon for any decisions and it is the duty of the customer to make their own independent and informed decisions.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS
Travel Trunk Global LLP reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices. The customer is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
JURISDICTION
Travel Trunk Global LLP hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than those where it is operating its registered office. Travel Trunk Global LLP considers itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Hyderabad, India.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER VIS-A-VIS THE AGREEMENT
The customer expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk. To the extent Travel Trunk Global LLP acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third party service providers, it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers. In no circumstances shall Travel Trunk Global LLP be liable for the services provided by the service provider. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Travel Trunk Global LLP may change the features or functionality of the services at any time, in their sole discretion, without notice. If the customer does not agree with any of the terms above, they are advised not to use the services of Travel Trunk Global LLP. The sole and exclusive remedy of the customer in case of disagreement, in whole or in part, is to discontinue using the services after notifying Travel Trunk Global LLP in writing.
